2023 – Cycle Hire Schemes – TfL (London)
London has a docked cycle hire scheme, that is operated by Transport for London, and also several dockless electric bike operators (eg Lyme, Dott, etc). In recent months, the use of dockless bikes has increased, with a corresponding decrease in the use of TfL docked bikes. Mike Beevor at TfL asked EMTA members the questions
Oslo: 10 to 12 May 2023
Hosted by Ruter#, the 49th General Meeting of EMTA was opened by Marianne Borgen, Mayor of Oslo. Delegates representing 24 EMTA members convened for a 48-hour meeting that included technical visits, social and cultural events, and a training on making public transport accessible to all.
